Natsume Yuujinchou Exchange Letter

Thank you for taking my request! I hope you have fun writing it.
I'm not sure which request will be taken, so I've reposted them below, for reference. I also got a bit TL;DR, so feel free to skip reading this. The prompts are probably wordy enough XD.

1) Natsume Reiko | Madara "Nyanko-sensei"
So much of Reiko and Madara still remains a mystery - I would love to see something on Reiko's life (with perhaps some bonus Misuzu, Hinoe, and other Book of Friends youkai if dear creator is of a mind!), and that plays with any of the following:
1)Was Madara ever in the Book of Friends
2) Who was the other gene-contributor to Reiko's descendents (half betting/wishing it's a youkai at this stage)
3) What happened to Natsume's parents
4) AU where Reiko is still alive, and is an old battleaxe (maybe still taking names, maybe not - it's a hard habit to kick!), and takes custody of her grandson when his parents die. Cue antics when Natsume accidentally unseals Nyanko-sensei. Or squishiness, when Natsume finally finds a relative that understands him, in his terrifyingly eccentric grandmother that he didn't know well up til then. (I don't know, maybe Reiko was off overseas bullying foreign spirits until this point.)

2) Kitamura Atsushi | Nishimura Satoru | Matoba Seiji
In which Kitamoto and Nishimura foil an evil plot of the Matoba clan, and rescue Natsume from dire peril, without even knowing it. Bonus points if Natori (and maybe Nyanko-sensei, but mainly Natori!) are confounded somewhere in the fic too :D!

3) Tanuma Kaname | Natsume Takashi
Tanuma/Natsume ♥. Both of them being dorks (perhaps with UST that gets resolved ;D) would be lovely. Mostly, I like the pairing/relationship because of how the two of them are so comfortable/on the same wavelength with each other, even when they feel extremely awkward - and stuff like in the latest anime ED, when Natsume gets out of the igloo to talk to Tanume, and their posture is so relaxed! Tanuma is one of my favourite characters; I love how wry and down-to-earth he is.
Er, more detailed prompt points you can bounce off if you like: maybe Tanuma getting sick, and Natsume overreacting, with acidic Nyanko-sensei commentary as they go scouting for obscure youkai folk remedies; or Tanuma getting glasses, and being devastatingly handsome with them on. (What? It still hasn't been filled from the kink meme!)
This is my sad attempt at what would happen if Tanuma got glasses; it wants to be a case-fic where Tanuma is forced to team up with Natori, but I just couldn't crank it out any further. If you wanted to start something along these lines, I would be very happy.
My number one love is plot - true to canon in-character plot! (Relationship-based, or not.) Alternatively, plot that turns canon inside out, rolls it up into a little ball, and bounces it off the walls, but does so in the spirit of the series! For Natsume Yuujinchou, I'm very fond of this fic and this fic but please don't feel you have to write something similar. (Please don't open those links if you think reading someone else's fic as something of a guide will freeze up your own writing juices XD.) Generally, I love things that make me think "this truly feels like the series, without just being a copy of it".
Alas, I know that is a huuuge ask, even if one of my requests lights your brain on fire with inspiration. I also love quiet moments between characters, fluffy 'ship fics where nothing really happens, whether or not there is anything of an explicit nature (....particularly Tanuma/Natsume ones, hence my third request ^^;) and humour. The more plotty requests I've made can just serve as background for something on a smaller scale along these lines, if that's more writable for you. (Personally, I find writing humour really hard!)
Related to being in character, a pet peeve of mine is naming and characteristic speech patterns - for example, I'm going to get badly thrown out of the writing if Natsume starts calling Nyanko-sensei "Madara", or Tanuma "Kaname-chan", and will probably close my browser in disgust to boot, unless there's a damn good reason for it :D. Ditto for fan-japanese.
I also don't really ship anyone in the series except for Tanuma and Natsume, and to be honest, I'm just as happy with friendship-centric fic for them too. I'm also rather fond of Hinoe, Misuzu, Taki, and Sasada. I do like Natori and Matoba, but would primarily like to see both of them get taken down a peg or two for their arrogance :D. I love the series Natsume Yuujinchou because of its understated, bitter-sweet loveliness, the lonely outcast finding a place of their own theme, and for the eerie otherworldliness the series sometimes gets - for example, in the manga, Volume 9, chapter 36 (the eeriness didn't really translate in the anime's adaptation in this example ^^;), when Natsume rises up with all his youkai friends.
All very vague, sorry! Writing being what it is, please feel free to ignore anything I've just said about preferences, if you feel it makes your story stronger, and more in character. I like a good story best of all. I'm also not after STRICT FULFILLMENT of the prompts if you don't want to - they're intended for you to springboard from. So please feel free to cherry pick ideas you like, and run away in unexpected directions with them!

It was like watching an unfolding traffic accident - the same helpless sense of impending doom. Natsume stood staring, transfixed in mute horror, as Natori-san smiled charmingly at Tanuma, pulled off his glasses, and proffered them to him in the same, effortlessly elegant gesture. "Why don't you try them, Tanuma-kun? They might help you see more clearly."
Tanuma blinked, and looked vaguely dazzled. "Uh...sure, if you don't mind, Natori-san."
Natori-san's smile seemed to turn up a few extra volts. The air around him blossomed into sparkles. "Not at all."
Wait, Natsume wanted to cry out, his grip around Nyanko-sensei tightening, but Tanuma was already slipping Natori-san's glasses on. He blinked again, and peered through them a little owlishly.
